Associate – Design

Job Description

1. Perform market research and analyze trends to create seasonal concepts and ideas for each season.
2. Design and develop apparel collections that align with both current trends and the brand’s aesthetic.
3. Prepare Moodboards, Techpacks, Artworks, and Trims for seasonal and Quick Turnaround Merchandise (QTM) collections.
4. Collaborate closely with various teams, such as sourcing, buying, raw materials, and trims, to ensure smooth development.
5. Cultivate a thorough understanding of the target customer base.
6. Ensure timely completion of all stages from concept development to product launch.
7. Regularly assess product catalogs and content, while staying informed on emerging trends.
8. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.
9. Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, capable of working both independently and in collaborative, fast-paced environments, while adapting to shifting priorities.
