Client Onboarding Analyst

Job Description

1. Manage the onboarding of new client relationships and additional team members by completing risk profiles and updating client relationships using internal onboarding tools.
2. Handle account opening and maintenance requests promptly.
3. Coordinate with downstream partners to finalize requests while maintaining constant communication with banking team members.
4. Ensure that all received documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
5. Collaborate closely with the Know Your Client (KYC) team, the Account Opening division, and product partners to ensure efficient and seamless processing.
6. Deliver outstanding customer service and teamwork to support banking teams and internal partners.
7. Continuously assess and refine onboarding processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
