Apps Programmer Analyst

Job Description

1. Leverage knowledge in application development processes and an understanding of related technical areas to identify and define system improvements.
2. Pinpoint and assess problems, propose actionable solutions, and carry out implementation.
3. Apply understanding of business and system processes, as well as industry practices, to resolve complex challenges.
4. Review information to make informed judgments and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
5. Perform testing, debugging, utilize scripting tools, and write basic code based on design specifications.
6. Draw from relevant experiences to assess and consider various options when faced with unique situations not addressed by procedures.
7. Develop familiarity with the organization’s information systems, procedures, standards, client-server application development, network operations, database management, system administration, data center operations, and PC applications.
