Position Overview:

The Retail Partner at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is a pivotal role responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products to retail customers. Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

Engage with retail customers to understand their insurance requirements, financial goals, and risk profiles.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.


Insurance Sales:

Promote and sell life insurance policies to retail customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and preferences.

Explain policy features, terms, and benefits in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.


Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and facilitating policy servicing.

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address queries, and offer support as needed.


Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and market developments.

Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively educate clients and offer appropriate solutions.


Sales Targets:

Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company, contributing to overall business growth and profitability.

Implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue generation.


Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation related to policy applications, renewals, and claims.

Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions and business transactions.


Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

Knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using technology tools and software for sales tracking and documentation.
