Position Overview:
The Agency Development Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is a leadership role responsible for driving the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team of insurance agents. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify and recruit potential insurance agents through diverse channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' suitability, and facilitate their onboarding process into the agency network.
Training and Development:
Provide comprehensive training programs to new agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and company processes.
Continuously mentor and coach agents to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance levels.
Performance Management:
Establish clear performance targets and goals for agents, and regularly monitor their progress.
Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to help agents achieve their targets and overcome challenges.
Agency Expansion:

Sales Support:

Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all agent activities.
Maintain accurate records of agent performance metrics, activities, and agency growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Proven track record in insurance sales or agency development, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
