The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing All The Areas Of Operations Including Recruitment, Training , Business Operation, Management And Team Leading.

Responsibilities : Select , Recruit And Supervise Insurance Consultants / Point Of Sales Person / IRPs In All Areas Of The Business

Coordinate Orientation Of New Staffs And Ongoing Trainings. Development Of Team By Ensuring Process Services.

Qualification And Skills : Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent.

Recruitment Process :
