2. Uphold a 99% data accuracy rate by conducting self-audits before processing changes in WRP and SFDC.
3. Efficiently manage workflows and prioritize cases and referrals.
4. Consistently meet individual productivity goals, aligning with team targets for case handling, referrals, and account creation.
