1. Managing daily creation and updates for customer and vendor accounts, including requests from third parties and intra-company teams. This includes processing urgent requests when necessary, resolving discrepancies by collaborating with requestors, and providing support to the team as needed.
2. Demonstrating a solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
