Job Description

1. Receive, log, validate, and diagnose client requests related to a wide range of products and services, adhering to established service level agreements using standard tools and processes.
2. Apply knowledge of Managed Services products and procedures to resolve client issues through ticket management.
3. Aim to provide first-call resolution by following established operating procedures or work instructions.
4. Identify gaps in available documentation and suggest the creation of new content when needed.
