Job Description

1. Conduct Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to analyze fluid flow and heat transfer.
2. Utilize Ansys Icepak for thermal analysis and design optimization.
3. Perform hand calculations to verify simulation results and ensure accuracy.
4. Contribute to the thermal and fluid design aspects of electronics packaging.
5. Analyze test data and correlate with simulation results to refine models.
6. Create detailed technical reports and documentation of simulation approaches and outcomes.
7. Provide results and suggestions to the engineering team and stakeholders.
