Job Description

1. Process transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) focusing on both accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).
2. Ensure timely and accurate updates to relevant trackers.
3. Follow up on transactions pending due to external dependencies.
4. Complete assigned month-end tasks promptly and in line with the month close calendar.
5. Uphold high-quality standards in all tasks and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
