Job Description

1. Provide support in the Provider and Payer domains to ensure seamless operations.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in claims adjudication.
3. Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
