Job Description

1. Oversee the management of customer data and ensure its accuracy and integrity.
2. Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of Generative AI tools to enhance customer management processes.
3. Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report on customer data identifying trends and areas for improvement.
4. Handle customer complaints efficiently ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer management processes and suggest enhancements.
7. Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports related to customer management and complaint handling.
